From Potchkiss Bar B Q served Thursday- Sunday:

1. 14 hour cherry smoked shredded pork sliders, with creamy green leaf and carrot coleslaw

2. Alderwood smoked and charred turkey sandwiches with white cheddar cheese and sprouts on artisan roll

3. Alderwood turkey with smoked blackberry cream cheese and sprouts on artisan roll
